JRC9 Design Studio creates beautiful websites to tell stories that support social causes and the arts.My roles include art direction, website design, print design, information architecture, user testing, web production, and project management.At JRC9 our vision is to help our clients launch websites that are easy to update, navigate, and understand, and that tell their story. We are interested in building relationships through ongoing support so the website can grow alongside the organization. We are very passionate about working with organizations that focus on making the world more beautiful through social innovation. Some socially innovative organizations we have worked with include Action Against Hunger, Centre for Social Innovation, Change.org, IISD (International Institute for Sustainable Development), Level. Changing Lives Through Law, and Teach for Canada. We are also interested in working with galleries and organizations involved in educating people on the importance of the arts. Some organizations we have worked with include City of Mississauga Culture Division, Art Tap Exchange, and Gallery 44.One of our ongoing collaborators is Synthescape Art Imaging. Synthescape works with museums and cultural institutions to create interactive art experiences. JRC9 builds various interactive art projects, including websites, virtual tours, and 3D imaging of artwork for clients such as U’mista Cultural Society, Royal BC Museum, Asia Society, Heritage Burlington, and Hamilton Civic Museums.
