I was born in Taichung, and raised in Kaohsiung. There were several times which I had to move from one place to another in my life. The moving experiences make me have good ability to adapt different pace of life, and it also teaches me to be an easy-going person. Besides, since I grew up from a single-parent family, I have more sense of independence and responsible than peer. And it also becomes the guide line when I face everything and works. No matter what kind of work I have to accomplish. I always ask myself to run for better.My first job is in Shianco/Agio outdoor furniture which has established for twenty-five years in this industry, and take charge in R&D department as a project administrator. I do my daily operations including tracking sample development status and time management, coordinating between foreign designers and drawing engineer, and also risk assessment of sample structure. Besides, I also take in charge of process improvement during this IPO period, including R&D operation procedure, presenting proposal for office space planning, negotiating about operation procedure between each departments, improving the PLM system, extending new module on OA system, integrating materials database, and also promoting e-management strategy for materials and samples stock. Because of all these diversification and unexpected challenges during my work, it pushes me to become more positive to learn more competence for solving these problems. Moreover, as a coordinator for process improvement, what I learned is the importance of having independence mind and well team-work skills. It makes me have well communication skills and always be humble to learn more.
