Since I was back in my hometown for the summer, I took on a lot of my old tasks as former Head Coach, including seeding swim meet lineups for each meet (5 dual meets plus Divisionals and All-Stars), coaching swimmers aged 5-18, and organizing team social events and traditions (e.g., paper plate awards).
