I’m Cora, a secondary school student in Ontario with an expected graduation date of June 2024. Some hobbies that I have are running and doing yoga. I’m a certified babysitter. I got my babysitting certification through the City of Burlington in 2018. I also have my Home Alone certification and a Cooking certificate that I also got through the City of Burlington in 2017. While at school, I enjoy joining clubs and activities. My favourite club was the Yoga Club. Away from school, I’m a part of a youth group at St. Gabriel Parish. I have volunteered at many places such as teaching children's liturgy, events at my church and making cards for the elderly through a program called Sending Sunshine. I have a part time job at Lil' Monkeys, and in grade 12 I got to do my coop in a kindergarten room. I have learned so much about how the young minds work and more knowledge about the ECE Pathway.In addition to these places I’ve volunteered and worked, I will also earn my First Aid Certificate, as I want to work with children. That is a must. I will also get an updated chemical record check when working with kids that is also a must.
