Creating a life outside of traditional norms, an opportunity for self-growth and development at an individual's own pace, and in a supportive environment is something I hold as a core value. Self-motivation and a strong work ethic are qualities I both embody and also value in others. Problem-solving abilities, strategic leadership, and relationship-building are qualities I continue to develop and seek in others in my circle of influence. I have personally coached 40+ people, and have aided in the development of a positive, healthy team/work culture. Interpersonal communication skills, time management, goal-setting, professional networking, and social media branding are a few of the many skills I have learned and continue to develop. Adversity and life challenges are not unfamiliar to me, thus providing an opportunity to learn and grow through the challenges, as opposed to allowing excuses to cripple my progress.
