Undestructable is a nonprofit organization working with survivors of intimate partner violence on their journey to financial independence from their perpetrators. We do this through an employment program that not only provides her with an income and the life & job skills she needs, but also promotes healing and the rediscovery of her innate self-worth creating sustainable products made from post consumer waste. :Collect relevant information needed to create a truly inspired sports- collection :Keep up with trends and athlete/consumer insights that affect basketball as a sport :Travel the market and produce trend and research reports that connect with the style & culture :Design cool sh!t (this includes hand sketches, illustrations, technical drawings, color concepts and colored sketches, mood/ inspiration boards, graphic solutions…) :Create design and product concepts for defined projects in collaboration with other apparel & graphic designers :Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams on defined projects :Build & hand over tech packs to development. Communicate all relevant information needed for the development process :Foster a culture that ensures efficient process and communication flow between all parties involved in all projects :Design and build seasonal trim packs:Travel to factories twice annually to dial in cost and construction standards prior to first round of samples :MAKE. Fail fast in the iteration process to discover the most compelling and innovative solutions

-Managing 50+ styles per season from start to finish including technical drawings, BOMs, Measurement Specifications, Colorways, etc.-Managing fit sessions, analyzing fit and construction and making appropriate pattern adjustments/revisions -Communicate with PLM, designers, and fabric specialist to meet brand, trend, cost, and quality standards.-Maintain clear communication with sourcing agents and factories in Asia and India.-Travel twice annually to meet directly with factory representatives and sourcing agents.-Managing time appropriately to hit all calendar deadlines across multiple seasons. -Design new styles when needed: 50% of Fall 2013 and 50% of Spring 2014.
