Thriving through change 🚀I knew I had to make healthcare my profession while I was living abroad. My 18-year-old self took Germanys healthcare system for granted, until I watched a young men refusing to get checked at the hospital after a car crash in the heart of Texas, USA. Coming back to Germany, I quickly realised that we, as well, had plenty to catch up on if we wanted to stay on top of providing great, personalised care for each individual. The only way achieving that is through embracing change. More specifically, the change and subsequential opportunities digital transformation brings.Currently, my mind is set on driving change through enthusiasm, focusing on solutions and transforming myself as an individual throughout the process. My work style can be described as simple and consistent: if you want to get something done, you come to me - everyone knows that.I am always looking forward to insightful conversations about healthcare, innovations, cultural/international exchange, or personal growth.
