• Collaboratively addressed the needs of students from diverse demographic backgrounds within interdisciplinary college counseling center setting • Conducted brief psychotherapy for students with various presenting concerns (adjustment to college, performance anxiety, gender identity, family of origin, acute suicidal ideation, etc.) • Integrated appropriate psychological assessment with individual therapy clients (CCAPS, MCMI, MMPI, YSQ-L3, etc.) • Co-facilitated group therapy: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Interpersonal Process • Conducted intake assessments, group therapy screenings, and provide weekly coverage for triage and walk-in services• Conducted risk assessment, crisis intervention, and provide referrals for appropriate level of care as needed • Provided weekly clinical supervision for practicum students’ individual client caseload • Engaged with campus and community through various outreach programs and activities (QPR, stress management, postvention and support, etc.) • Participated in psychopharmacology, multicultural, and clinical topics didactic seminars • Served on Diversity Committee and participate in Internship search process for 2019 • Received seven hours of clinical supervision weekly (3 hours of individual supervision, 2 hours of Supervision of supervision, 1 hour of group supervision, and 1 hour of individual supervision of group)
