I provide clinical therapy services for a wide variety of clients, including athletes, military and law enforcement personnel, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have years of experience working with diverse clients in both private practice and university settings, treating a wide range of concerns including anxiety and OCD, depression, relationship difficulties, body image and eating concerns, trauma, and much more. As a sport and performance specialist, I have extensive training and experience working with athletes and performers to increase confidence, manage anxiety and pressures, and achieve goals in all areas of life. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach to explore unique, personal goals and to determine the strategies that work best to reach them.
