Program director's position provides supervision of the day to day operations of Positive Intervention Services, LLC. This includes direct administrative supervision of all caseworkers. The program director's position also oversees the caseworkers who are on-call to address crisis and to report in the field as needed. The program director's position is responsible for supervising the work efforts of employees as per job description. The program director's position supervise: caseworkers, office administrator, financial manager.

Provide individual and family support to families in need of services. Assist in areas, such as: family structure, behavior, communication, life skills, group discussions, hygiene, coach in community outings, and much more, individual and/or group counseling, as needed.
