Through my tenure I have worked with a variety of teams to develop string project management processes. This includes developing intake best practices, defining definition of ready, determining success metrics, and reporting on progress to stakeholders. I have also worked with the marketing teams to develop strong reports to help showcase work and impact on the organization.

I have worked as a raft guide for over 10 year, working at multiple different rivers. This has required me to become knowledgable about both the river and surrounding community so that I am able to best serve my guests. I am required to give quick and effective tutorials to guests to help teach them the skill necessary to navigate rivers of varying difficulties. Off of the river I work to ensure that logistics have been updated for the day and account for variables such as weather and late arriving guests. As I have progressed in years, I have also taken on the responsibility of trip leader. This has required me to obtain advanced first aid training. Being trip leader, I am the manager for my trip, which requires me to manage and schedule the staff for the day, utilize guest relation skills, and managing the paperwork of the day.

I am working alongside campaign strategy teams to develop prospect list strategies to reach the right audiences at the right time. I am working across the team to implement tools and tracking for all projects to aid in meeting quarterly and annual goals. This includes assisting with reporting on value and road map progress. I have worked to implement marketing tools across a matrix organization supporting improved campaign execution from procurement intake through execution of monthly deliverables. I work alongside IT and Campaign teams to develop campaign tracking in an effort to understand how often prospects are receiving communications. I utilize metrics to develop strategic roadmaps for 2021 and 2022 planning across the marketing analytics department. I worked with the chief of staff and team leads to develop project management practices that will support the teams work while aligning it to strategy and quarterly deliverables. In this process I developed many templates for the team to utilize to maintain consistency throughout our team. I also developed a SharePoint central page for our team to house team documents, link to shared resources, and other team resources so that everything was accessible for all local and international team members. I was also involved with Master Service agreement negotiations as well as contract execution for marketing tools.

I worked with stakeholders to take projects from start to finish, while meeting fast-paced deadlines, communicating effectively, and adapting quickly to scope changes. I was responsible for the project management of lead generation and brand efforts across the globe, supporting 5 field offices and 160 million in revenue each year.I managed an average of 25 marketing projects across the entire sales and marketing organization simultaneously to ensure all deadlines for assets are delivered on time, and programs are executed with the highest quality. I increased workable number of projects by 20% that can be handled at any time by closely monitoring workload and strong data analysis practices. I developed, scheduled and communicated progress of landing page creation, email development, web page updates, and digital and print assets for marketing and corporate initiatives

I worked in the dean of students office to help approximately 430 student realize their potential through reflective exercises. With the School Culture Team, I built systems and procedures that were meant protect the sanctity of instructional time and reinforce a positive school culture. I reinforced the effective use of a school-wide behavior plan. I ensured that the physical environment of the school reinforces school culture and facilitates student achievement. I analyzed data to determine trends to better assist the school in areas that can be improved.

Springfield, Massachusetts Area

I utilized various project management skills to ensure a variety of projects are completed in an efficient and timely manner throughout the year that impact immediate team and org-wide initiatives. I managed contracting for 5 school systems and 130 schools to ensure that each school and district receive contracts and invoices in a timely manner. I planned and executed approximately 45 events of varying sizes and complexity for the 130 schools in New England region. I had an event satisfaction rating over 80% for all events. I assisted with digital marketing initiatives across the region. I used data to influence planning decisions for the 2 offices and the New England region. I managed 2 offices with 15 staff members, where I would monitor inventory of supplies, and budget.

I worked with the President, CEO, CTO, and VP of Business Development with support of calendars and travel planning. I worked across teams to plan events and site visit. I utilized project planning skills for board meetings and events. I also worked on logistic details for Board and Senior team meetings, as well as other meetings.

I was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training of staff for an after school program. I was also responsible for planning the programs that take place during the after school program. I also would fill out the payroll information for the student workers for my program. I had 30 staff that work in my program and I was the direct manager for the staff.

I planned programs for the campers in my group. I had up to 12 campers each session for four sessions. I was responsible with my co-counselor to plan all activities that would take place during the session. This included filling out paper work for vehicles, risk management, and making sure all waivers were filled out for activities that would take place.
