My experience as a federal clerk to the Honorable Gustavo A. Gelpí of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico grants me an understanding of a judge's perspective when guiding clients through complex commercial litigation. I bring the same dedication to my private practice that I have brought to my pro bono clients and to my college career as a Division I athlete.Focusing my practice on commercial business litigation, representing clients in class actions, arbitration, and single-plaintiff actions in multiple jurisdictions, I have litigated a wide variety of disputes in state and federal courts, including matters involving general business concerns, commercial and residential foreclosures and leasing disputes, unfair competition and false advertising, corporate control and partnership disputes, and construction defects.
