Vulnerabilities scoring, and classification (CVSS), risk analysis and delivery reliable findings reports with IAR Tool for feedback: foreseeing of possible cyber-attacks on NSS Platform and HAs, intrusion avoidance and data loss prevention. Documentary update to fit current MIS configuration batch and SOC.

Main Tasks performed: Support to Supplier selection activities during JDP:o Interface between Customer and one of the applying suppliers, including attending meetings at Customer’s facilities in Hamburg where the Supplier’s proposal was exposed. MoMs issuing. For Customer-Supplier PDR milestone:o Review of FHA.o Analysis of CS/FAR-25, ABDs, TDDs, PRAs (UERF, BS, WTF, RBRF), SIDPs and program top or A/C level requirements documents such as TLAR, TLIR, OARD, TLSRD and HLPTS.o Drafting of system Level documents SRD and SIRD by including the applicable requirements validated against documents above.o Drafting of SDD and different SIDs with selected requirements cascaded from SRD. Analysis of those recordings with specific software tools (Mandril for MIDS bus and GSS100 for AVS/ATK).Detection of behavioral anomalies, consultancy to applicable SDR and, in case of failure confirmation, creation of a “SPR” record in PCMS database for each one, investigation of their root causes and reporting them within Defect Reports.

Main tasks performed: For system functionality verification for different MIU SRPs, definition of TPs, according to the ATP, by mapping requirements from high level requirements documents (such as FRD, SSS and, mainly, IDS) into the different steps of every TC within the TP. Execution of these tests in lab. Rigs. Review of changes in sub-systems Interfaces Configuration from different baselines through data exported from ICD tool. Link-16 scenario generation using environment simulator TIGER for MIU/MIDS-LVT Subsystem.  Scripts creation and adaptation for MaTE to simulate AVS interfaces and sub-systems. Monitoring and recording of MIDS-1553 and AVS/ATK-3910 buses activity during test executions using data-bus analyzer PBA. Analysis of those recordings with following SW tools: Mandril (for MIDS bus) and Paraview or HRC Decoder (AVS/ATK). Detection of behavioral anomalies, creation of a SPR record in PCMS database for each one, investigation of their root causes and reporting them within TRs also to be uploaded into PCMS.

Main tasks performed: Inspection of racks and modules coming from factory to check the application of the program retrofit and configuration (modifications, jumpers, switches…). Testing of VME bus connectors pins of both: racks motherboards and modules. Power-On test with rack and electrical modules (power supply and conversion ones) plugged in it. FW loading of FPGA-based and PowerPc data acquisition and signal processing modules. Testing of serial communication between the PC and antennas and electrical modules (BITE) or digital modules (ping attempts). Testing of RF modules (control band and IF cards) to verify the corresponding sub-band output RF and video signals and notch filter. Ecualization of RF chain (antennas, front-end, sensor and RF modules) to measure gain, saturation and 1-dB compression point. And its goniometric calibration (measurements performed by frequency sweeping both in laboratory via conducted signal and in electromagnetic anechoic chamber via radiated signal). Testing of the full-equipped racks to check pulsed-wave parameters (in presence and absence of CW) such as frequency, PW, PA, PRI and POI. Development of jigs, such as cables, needed for test execution. Provision of the necessary system goods through inventory control and warehouse interaction or purchase orders to external suppliers. Preparation/review of test procedures documents: ATs for unit-validation and AIs. Execution of those tests as well as FATs. Customer support for system installation and integration in their facilities. Technical know-how transfer and training to Customer.

Main tasks performed: Carriers feasibility study for assignments to operators applying for Fixed Service Base Radio Stations within CNAF according to the results of coverage, noise, and interference with the parameters of each request in terms of power, frequency, polarization, and the antenna radiation patterns from different manufacturers. Communication with operators for concessions, rejections or recommendations on alternative radio relay facilities. Recording of new assignment, or modification of existing ones with tool RENAFE.
