About Cora Cisneros Molloy
Fort Myers Attorney Cora Molloy represents injured workers who have been involved in a work related accident or injury. Prior to her employment with the Morgan & Morgan law firm, Cora practiced as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami, Florida, under the direction of former State Attorney and former United States Attorney General, Janet Reno in 1986. She then worked as an Assistant Statewide Prosecutor for former Florida Attorney General, Bob Butterworth, handling complex white-collar fraud criminal prosecutions and racketeering actions in 1988. She entered the civil court litigation arena in 1990 when she began practicing as an Associate Attorney for a Coconut Grove law firm. She specialized in insurance defense and personal injury claims. When she relocated to Fort Myers in 1991, she continued practicing in the area of personal injury defense until 1996 when she began practicing with the law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. At Henderson Franklin, Cora represented employers, their carriers, and third-party administrators in the defense of workers compensation claims. She now proudly represents the People at Morgan & Morgan in their Fort Myers office located at the corner of College Parkway and Summerlin Boulevard. She now assists injured workers assert their right to receive medical and monetary benefits in the complex and sometimes frustrating Florida Worker's Compensation legal system. Both Cora and her staff are bilingual and are prepared to assist Spanish-speaking clients.
