As of January 1st, with the purchase of a new manufacturing site we have change the business name to Formation Ag from Power Zone Ag.My role is still R & D plus new business development. Formation Ag provides large scale agricultural solutions for the hemp and Agricultural industries. Our goals are to provide large scale farms solutions to help them farm hemp effectively and profitably. Our areas of equipment cover harvest, seed cleaning, flower and stem separation, decortication (fiber and hurd) flower cleaning (seed removal and cleaning) or any other need that our farming customer base needs. Formation Ag engineers and manufactures these solution in Colorado and have customers world wide.

My main responsibilities are to provide executive-level leadership with full P&L accountability for organic potato packing shed and the Express Bake potato company business activities in 2 facilities. I have also been Project Manager for implementation of lean manufacturing continuous improvement techniques. Key Accomplishments:Conceptualized and used CAD 3D to design custom equipment to increase operational efficiencies and reduce bottlenecks. Overall efficiency improved by 38%-40%, employee turnover reduced from 400% to 100%, reduced OSHA recordable accidents and incidents, significantly reduced sorting inefficiencies by 400%.

Led development of mesh material utilized by many national brand retail customers: Kroger, Green Giant, Sunkist, Target, Safeway, Costco.
