I served as an Account Manager for 11 years. When beginning, I worked with employers ranging from 500 to 2000 employees. Through my ability to lever up and broaden my relationships with-in my client base, during my tenure as an Account Manager, I always met or exceeded my employer-required goals. This enabled me to advance and work with companies like Bayer, US Steel, Colgate-Palmolive, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and American Eagle Outfitters. My last promotion in 2016 entrusted me to work specifically with PEO industry clients. I assisted my clients in reaching strategic cost saving initiatives and implementing our solutions. While retaining current clients through proof-of-value proposition and building trusted relationships, I also was responsible for growing and maintaining new services within the clients’ corporate entity.
