I graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota with two majors. I was chosen for membership in Phi Beta Kappa. After graduation I became Program Supervisor for a mental healthcare organization. My role included managing daily operations and programming at three separate healthcare facilities. I recruited and trained employees. I integrated our programming into the new reality of COVID-19 protocols, ensuring legal and ethical compliance in the interest of protecting our clients and staff. I am excited to continue my growth and development as a dedicated employee. I am passionate about improving the lives of those I work for, and I consider social responsibility to be the main factor in employment.
