Following the successful completion of my 6th form work experience 2 years ago, I was immediately offered a position as a centre assistant at One Leisure in Huntingdon. Since then, I have gone on to further developed highly regarded customer service and communication skills. Key responsibilities include handling customer enquiries at the front desk, setup of the sports hall and gym studios for both classes and events, often to tight deadlines and the implementation of health and safety protocols, general administration and maintenance tasks. I work as part of a team, but can also work on my own initiative.I have worked for Cineworld for the past 7 months during which time I have further developed my customer service skills with a view to providing customers with the best cinema experience. Duties and responsibilities include serving customers at the front desk, including snacks and drinks. Maintaining cleanliness of the facility, implementation of health and safety protocols and screen security. Due to my customer service skills, I am occasionally asked to assist with more challenging customers.
