My mother and father were employed with the same two companies for over twenty years. Both parents attained senior level positions due to years of loyalty and hard work. This instilled the principal of loyalty in me which is severely lacking in my generation. It’s common to see someone jump from one company to the next in an endless search of self-interest. I see the benefits of loyalty and dedication in setting and reaching goals within a company. I believe brand recognition is a selling point in conducting business. Therefore, the relationship and long-term commitment to a company will enable me to utilize and apply the full potential of their strengths to achieve a competitive edge in the marketplace. I welcome the opportunity to inform the company of changes in the market while keeping a look out for hotbeds of trade and distribution activity.
