Created 8 weeks of agnostic training for all 4 Special Warfare career-fields between Basic Military Training and their individual selection courses. SW Prep was designed to give students the physical and mental capacity to stand a better chance of passing their courses of initial entry. Combined, we increased pass rates by over 150%.

Tasked with preparing young TACPs for the rigors of JTAC qualification course by ensuring competent completion of standard simulator events and task evaluations. Additionally, tasked with teaching all 3 level upgrade students all checklist items and creating and executing Combat Mission Ready Check Rides.
