• Meet with Bellevue businesses across industries and districts to understand barriers to business; work to develop programs or change processes to remove barriers• Lead special projects such as COVID relief grants, business surveys, or process improvement projects• Implement strategies within the Economic Development plan by coordinating interdepartmentally to recommend administrative process improvements, as well as policy, regulatory and code changes that remove barriers for small businesses and retail establishments. • Support the Fountain Urban Renewal Authority in development of fiscal and economic impact analyses• Perform business retention activities, including outreach visits, development of informational materials, and fielding requests from local business including incentive tracking• Develop general and specific marketing materials using data, ESRI GIS platforms, and other data sources• Research, submit applications, and administer grant funded programs resulting in a successful RTAP placemaking grant award of $60,000• Serve as a multifaceted city departmental and regional liaison between governmental, private, and military organizations

• Track and recommend action on State and Federal Legislative and regulatory issues in the Aerospace and Energy Industries• Research economic issues such as workforce, infrastructure, and tax policy relevant to inform site selection• Build relationships with local and state government and partner on issues such as transportation, workforce, and housing• Support site selection and repositioning of company real estate assets in coordination with City of Fort Collins and other entities• Lead the creation of an apprenticeship program• Administer the Woodward for Effective Government PAC
