In that light, I also write, edit, and publish tutorials on how to use various websites geared towards seniors/older adults. In that process, I've learned to use SEO keyword research tools like SEMRush to find content ideas, as well as various CMSs like WordPress, Heroku, and Contentful. I've also contributed to in-house guides for new employees on how to use various management tools, such as Slack, Asana, and FreshBooks. Furthermore, I have regularly answered emails from users and potential partners through Gmail and Facebook.In addition, I have been trained on SEO consulting skills for compiling detailed website page databases, as well as reports for metrics such as site traffic and page speed. I have also done various SEO tasks like checking page indexing on Google Search and repairing broken links. Tools used include Google Analytics, Google Pagespeed Insights, GTmetrix, and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
