I personally educated potential borrowers about the various products and services we offered as well as conducted document verification and assisted with the servicing of a private student loan. In my time at the company I achieved a customer service rating of a 4.5 / 5 based on communication skills, listening skills, knowledge, and politeness.

Worked with a team on campus to promote what UK dining has to offer to students and faculty, as well as provided useful information to parents about the variety of dining options the University has to offer. Upgraded student accounts to plans that better fitted their needs. Planned marketing events around campus to generate discussion and sales.
