I also have the duties of fixing exhaust and ducting, regularly cleansing the plants when there is dead growth, regularly topping/super-cropping when plants are in need, and spraying large amounts of plants. Experience taking clones and transplanting. Experience staking and tying up buds Experience with pests/disease control/prevention. Experience with harvesting and trimming product; recycling waste and growing medium. Experience mulching waste and disposing trash properly. I have knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the guide lines and restrictions for growing medical/retail marijuana in the state of Colorado. I've purchased and transported materials necessary for growing from Way-To-Grow. Experience labeling and stocking product.
