I was hired to assist with a multimillion dollar merger and acquisition transaction. I drafted contracts, performed UCC research, conducted financial due diligence, and advised my attorney on tax issues related to the transaction.

I assisted an attorney who advocates with the IRS for taxpayers by interpreting personal and business financial and accounting records, organizing that information into the proper format for my attorney and the court, and using this information to build a case for our clients.

I provided extensive legal research to a UT Law Professor to support his proposed course in Brewing and Distillery Law and his blogging, editorials, law review articles, and a book.

I successfully advocated for 21 individuals with disabilities and coached numerous others in self-advocacy who were suffering from discriminatory acts committed by government agencies, landlords, individuals, businesses, and school systems.

I successfully represented a church in a lawsuit to claim lawful title to their church building, helped local nonprofits incorporate, and appealed another nonprofit's rejection of trademark protection by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

I spent two summers in college selling books door-to-door. Additionally, I helped recruit, train, and manage new salespersons.

I ran my own business with my brothers doing local landscaping.
