Ensure it is excellent from a design point ofview, technically correct and delivers to the requirements of the marketing team• Manage workflows, allocating resources appropriately to ensure that all work is produced in themost effective and efficient manner, while meeting the needs of the business• Continually refine and streamline the studio production process to create the most efficient studiooperations• Implement and manage job processes and act as custodian of the Digital Asset Management system• Develop an awareness of and identify emerging trends and technologies that could benefit the brands and more specifically the ability of the studio to maximise effectiveness and efficiencies.• Trouble-shoot any technical issues with the studio equipment• Maintaining graphic design, logo, product files and documentation• Concept and digital design of key publications from blank page through to finished artwork and supplyof print ready disks to external print suppliers• Working with graphics software to produce high quality digital enhancements to photographs and tocreate graphics that are in keeping with brand standards• Contributing to promotions using creativity/ideas/problem solving skills• Ensure brand usage is compliant with brand standards Show less
