In 2019, Corbin was tasked with building a network of participants to help mange exposure levels to current customers and larger lending opportunities. He now manages the team that leads the syndication process across three primary lending groups (CRE, C&I, Renewable Energy). During his tenure, the group has helped to arrange over $3B in total originations.

As Live Oak's lending strategy evolved, Corbin helped to build financial models to predict loan-level profitability across all lending segments and product types. In collaboration with multiple departments, he helped determine profitability targets and provided training and monitoring for all lenders. Additionally, he lead the monthly Loan Pricing Committee, a trend and strategy meeting with executive management.

As a wealth management intern, Corbin directly supported wealth advisors and tracked $200 million in financial assets. During the first 4 months, he developed a proprietary system on Excel to perform internal audits, run billing reports, and assist in prorating fees. Additionally, he led an integration between eMoney and the firm's CRM program.

As a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual, Corbin worked with clients to build financial plans and recommend strategies. During his internship, he was the top producing intern bringing 10 new clients to the firm.

Corbin worked closely with the president of the company to learn about effective client acquisition and helped manage day-to-day operations. Through networking with primary care physicians, he successfully brought 17 new clients to the firm during his summer internship.

Corbin began working as a junior in high school. By the time he reached his senior year, he was made a shift manager, and began ordering all of the inventory for the store. He created a new system of accounting for inventory, which reduced the frequency of over/under ordering.
