Associate Producer
Current• Build and track production schedules for in-game cinematic content for World of Warcraft, ensuring on-time release of high-quality content• Oversee the production of cinematics for the World of Warcraft franchise, focusing on the integration of existing Blizzard IP character assets• Manage resource requirements, establish dependencies, and balance priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content• Organize and schedule production meetings and reviews, facilitating efficient workflow• Manage animation kickoffs and sequence workbook meetings• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to ensure alignment with production priorities, delivery targets, and task deadlines• Have thorough knowledge of all tasks in progress and effectively communicate scope and expectations to multi-discipline teams• Anticipate, identify, communicate, and help resolve roadblocks and bottlenecks that may compromise quality or schedule• Streamlined communication with multi-discipline teams, resulting in complete visibility into production progress and mitigating project risks• Take detailed notes during meetings and dailies and translate them into organized recaps and action items• Maintain Shotgrid, Confluence, and Jira for streamlined project coordination and documentation
