Customer Success Manager
Current- Own the overall relationship throughout all stages of the customer journey from onboarding, driving, growth, and retention- Promote business growth by working collaboratively with the sales team to attract, convert and deliver against new revenue targets in this segment- Present tailored risk management solutions and strategies to new and existing clients- Prepare and deliver informative proposals and presentations to prospective and existing corporate clients- Develop in-depth internal account plans with a view to expand and retain clients
