For years I always took the hardest math and science courses while also acting in high school and college. I thrived in following both my passions and using both sides of my brain so to speak. This has aided me in being able to navigate situations of high stress with swift action and a calm demeanor. I have been in customer service for 8 years and in that time I have learned a lot about people and what they want. Knowing the "what" is good, getting to the "why" is even better. With that you can support your reasonings in order to close a sale and create customer loyalty.
