CurrentThey are to ensure that every person who will enter the establishment will not cause any related harm or damages. As such, they are to monitor every visitor going inside. They are also to monitor the crowd behavior and also see if the inside of the establishment is already overcrowded or not. Aside from this, they are also there to stop any disturbances and trouble.They are also responsible in serving as a link between the establishment and law enforcement officials. The bouncer makes sure that the operations run in an orderly and secure manner. As such, any individual who may be causing disturbances can be sent out of the establishment. They are also there to provide reports to management regarding important accidents or problems that need attention and necessary actions.
