After almost 15 years in the semiconductor industry, I have decided to move onto the next adventure, space! This is truly the next frontier and I am excited to join the rapid growth in both government and private space companies. I very much enjoy being in meetings where we are literally talking about going to the moon or mars! I currently manage a group of electrical engineers focusing on the development of large complex rack based systems for the aerospace industry. This team works closely with other disciplines such as MEs, Techs, SW Engineers, and Project Managers. We are also responsible for the system diagram and build instructions for manufacturing. I also serve as the delivery lead for these large complex systems. This involves updating the processes in witch these are designed, assembled, tested, shipped, and bring up at customer sites. I work closely with the project managers of each project and with global manufacturing to ensure accurate, high quality, and on time delivery.I am excited to jump into working on some of the most complex aerospace, defense, and government test and measurement application systems.

With almost 15 years of experience working on projects, I decided it was time to lead officially. I have always been a leader and I now want to be directly responsible for the growth of those around me.
