In charge of the Trade Marketing area for Yahoo! Italy following the 3 Business Units (Yahoo! Media, Kelkoo/Shopping and Yahoo Search Marketing ex Overture).

I become in charge of acqusition activities for France, Italy and Spain driving the region to exceed acquisition targets for 2005.Later I was asked to follow acquisition programs for the whole Europe (affiliation, reseller program, paid search, online campaigns and other projects).

I started in Overture preparing the launch phase. I acted as project leader launching successfully the country then I become in charge of all marketing activities, pr and products for Italy driving brand awareness and SME signups.

In AltaVista Italy I followed all communication issues from the launch of the Italian branch and as a result Italy was awarded as one the best country for brand awareness. In the last 6 months I acted as interim Managing Director.

In UniCredito, third Italian banking group with 4.5 million retail customer, I led the area of Direct and Internet communication in close contact with the traditional communication area and CRM. I worked on different business plan for the whole group that were adopted to expand the bank internet activities.

My role in OgilvyOne Consulting, leading CRM consulting company part of Ogilvy&Mather group, was senior consultant on Internet business. I followed the launch of the Italian structure of Ogilvy Interactive and the coordination with the existing worldwide organisation.
