Experienced in developing high performance organisations and demonstrated proficient competencies in leadership and management which resulted in almost doubling the turnover (30m to over 50m) of a business in an industry that has suffered its worst economic downturn in recent history. My drive does not stop after work and in 2015 alone I have represented my country winning bronze at the World ice swimming championships in Russia. In July 27th 2015, I organised and led an international relay team of some of the best open water swimmers in the world to complete the first ever double crossing from Ireland to Scotland and back. Team fast and frozen succeeded in setting a world first and new world record. I recently represented Ireland in the 2017 and 2019 Ice swimming world championships .
