• Redesigned the preventative maintenance system for the conveyors of a production line and created a map displaying the various motors and conveyor types corresponding to each work order• Collected and analysed data to transform work orders from time to counter based and designed macros using VBA which allow maintenance to verify whether the work order should be active based on the run time of the equipment• Communicated with production personnel, technicians and contractors when writing risk reviews regarding changes converting maintenance planned to make on the production floor• Modified the maintenance downtime board to display daily and monthly unplanned maintenance data, desired action plans and developed a system for the upkeep of the board and tracking of data using Excel• Created a new storage drive allowing easy access to existing safety and maintenance manuals for each of the 7 production lines • Reorganized and incorporated missing parts from machine upgrades into the Bill of Materials of production lines
