• Monitor and manage contract invoices submitted to Pew (domestic and international) daily.
• Work closely with vendors and Pew staff members to facilitate payments.
• Review vendor invoices for completeness, including coding.
• Investigate, reconcile and problems solve past payment issues.
• Enter vouchers related to contracts and obtain approval for release of consultant payments.
• Monitor and manage unapproved vouchers, ensuring vouchers receive appropriate approval and payment is made to vendor.

• Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that Pew's finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
• Receive and verify invoices for goods and services.
• Review purchase orders related to contract and non-contract invoices.
• Review and audit check requests, employee expense reports, corporate credit card and third party reimbursements for accuracy and proper coding.
• Verify that all transactions comply with Pew's policies and procedures.
• Data entry and post vouchers as needed to ensure timely and seamless recording of expenses and payments.
