British Open team member, US team junior coach and olympic training center coach in Colorado Springs and Lake Placid. Athletic Trainer for Brooklyn Mariners semi pro football team and high school. I have managed and set up training facilities in NJ and NY.Specialties: Certified sport and conditioning specialist. Masters certification in alternative sport conditioning training. L.I.F.T certified for coaching, assessing and corrective exercises with sandbags, bands and trx progressions.Certified in kettle bells, stability balls, bands, TRX suspension training, battling ropes and functional core training. Post physical therapy as part of my athletic training and injury assessments on the field and general conditioning. Just certified in Myofacial Compression Training through Trigger Point Performance.
