I am an attorney based in Washington, D.C., but before relocating the the nation's capital, I began my legal career as one of Colorado's leading young attorneys specializing in international disputes (ICSID, ICDR, AAA, Jams, ICC, and UNCITRAL). As counsel, I advise companies expanding internationally and represent clients in complex international and domestic cases in arbitration and U.S. Federal Court. An accomplished litigator and advocate for clients with experience in international investment and commercial disputes, export controls, federal court litigation, Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA), corporate law, securities law, antitrust, and class actions. Experienced international law professor, teaching courses on international arbitration, international trade, international comparative law, and international commercial law.A 2012 JD/MBA Graduate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Former chair of the International Section of the Colorado Bar Association and Board Member at the World Trade Center. Prior to law school, I graduated from the University of California, Irvine with an NCAA Division 1 athletic scholarship for Volleyball, where I led the team for four years.
