Bio Planète is Europe's leading producer of organic vegetable oils, headquartered in France and Germany and exporting to 35+ countries.- Designed and executed the Asia market entry strategy for 8 years, from scratch to maturity.- Opened and operated the Asia sales office of the company, in Taipei, Taiwan.- Launched the brand in 7 new markets in Asia, through partnerships with local distributors.- Managed sales development, forecasting and marketing strategies tailored to each market.- Conducted regular presentations to stakeholders (clients, local authorities, farmers, communities...) about organic agriculture, fair trade, certifications, nutrition, production technics and regulations.- Improved offer and internal processes to cope with the high expectations of export markets.- Full P&L responsibility of the business unit.- Markets: Japan, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore.

Tea Together is a premium crafter of hand-made organic jams, marmalades, honeys and condiments to luxury hotels worldwide.- Led in-the-field prospection for the introduction of the brand into three new countries (Russia, Japan, Mainland China + Hong Kong).- Created and maintained a network of contacts (chefs, F&B managers and importers-distributors).- Produced a full report and a complete strategic plan tailored to each new market.

- Led the application of strategy for the international lobbying body (11 countries, +350K € budget).- Audited and perfected the "Sustainable Development" strategy of the Group (20 countries).- Produced a 120pg memo titled: « Reducing the environmental impact of corporate vehicle fleets ».

Equinox is a non-profit association dedicated to launching international solidarity projects- Managed a team of 25 students.- Successfully publicized the association.- Created Road to Sarajevo, a humanitarian road trip towards Bosnia-Herzegovina in partnership with the local French Consulate and a well-respected local NGO. Self-financed at 80%.
