I had the opportunity to contribute to the creation of the the purchasing/supply departement of the company and to specifically develop : - A procurement process to organise and manage our subcontracting operations and packaging purchases- The information system to manage purchasing (Procure to pay) and suppliers relationship (SRM) under Salesforce (transversal project with the IT departement)- The global purchasing strategy aligned with the global objectives of costs reduction, supply risks management and CSR commitments

As a member of the ingredients and subcontracting purchasings team, I participated into : • The development of a sustainable sourcing policy for the avocado needs of the company • The writing, lauching and assessment of calls for tenders for several purchasing categories • Negotiations with suppliers • Data analysis to support the company's strategy • Operational support for the manufacturing site daily needs

As a member of the World Business Unit - Quality in operations, I participated into : • The development of control plans and specifications concerning beverages in cans for all Danone waters business units. • The developement of an online course for all the Danone waters quality divisions.

• Proposed solutions for the upscaling of a pilot food smoking process. • Developed blends of flavor precusors intended for extrusion
