Leading and supporting the different counsellors’ staffs (80 counsellors leading 600 young people from 5 to 18 years). The main tasks, in collaboration with my 3 assistants, consist in providing coordination, administrative (contacts with scouts federation, town and church authorities, …) and budget supports but also (and mainly) teaching aid and giving.

Within a team of 20 experts and technicians, I delivered:- Support to the Belgian and European Power Plants of GDF SUEZ group concerning Water-Steam Cycle and Cooling Water issues.- Development and validation of new concepts/technologies to be applied in the future in the GDF SUEZ power plants

Master thesis collaboration: Implementation in Aspen Plus of a High-density polyethylene (HDPE) "Slurry Loop" reactor model based on CAPE-OPEN standard.
