I graduated Kaplan College with a certificate in Medical Billing and Coding. Areas of study were ICD9 CPT Coding and HCPCS Coding. I also received certifications in the following areas: Typing, Word, Excel and Power Point through the Vista Adult Continuing Education program. I have over twenty years of internal/external customer service experience within the Airlines Industries, Distribution; Traffic Coordination, Collegiate-Admin Coordination as well as five years in the health field with ASH as a PCS REP. Part of my duties was to research customer issues and resolve within a timely manner relaying the information to the proper department(s) while providing the customer with a satisfying experience. I am a very organized and detail orientated person; whom works in an understanding and dedicated professional manner. I take my time to understand the customer needs as if it were I looking for resolution. I am a strong multi-tasker and always seek out to learn more and/or take on additional responsibilities as time allows.
