A native of Edwards, MS and the CEO of Professional Management Solutions; a staffing and consulting agency that specializes in the recruitment and placement of both temporary and permanent staff; while also providing them with sustainable resources such as healthcare benefits. As the Human Resource Consultant, I manage day-to-day operations consisting of supervising and providing consultation to management on strategic planning, compensation, benefits, training, development, labor relations, and more. Prior to establishing myself as CEO, I spent 6 years working in manufacturing at Nissan. Since then, I've built an empire of networks and serves as an integral part of the workforce industry. I am determined to make my mark on the world and be a force of change within my community.I've obtained a Master of Business Degree; with a concentration in Human Resources from Belhaven University. In addition, I am an experienced professional in the areas of business analysis, brand management, vendor management, and partnership negotiations.Aside from my professional life; I am married to my high school sweetheart of fifteen years. We have two beautiful children together; a nine year-old son and a fifteen-year-old daughter. I am a member of New Jerusalem Church. I actively serve on the PTO at my children’s school and I am a active board member of the Clinton Chamber of Commerce. Served as the Vice President for the Byram Chamber of Commerce 2019/2020. I wear the title “troop mom” for my daughters Girl Scout Troop 5841 and is a level leader for the Cadettes. I consider myself the epitome of what it means to be a “supermom.” I am the founder of Innovative Workforce Development; a non-profit created to address the decreasing economic growth in communities. My beliefs stand upon Proverbs 29:18; “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Although I balance family and work life very well, I live by this quote I hold dear to heart; “The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities.”
