Community Care Information Management www.ccim.on.ca As the Manager of the Human Resources Management team, I was primarily responsible for leading the HRM team through the entire contract life cycle of contract and consulting positions within the Community Care Information Management (CCIM) program of the Ministry of Health. The HRM met the Human Resources requirements of each project team while driving initiatives to align to CCIM strategies. Warehousing / DistributionI support the Owner and leadership on an ongoing throughout the whole life cycle of an employee and all aspects of Human Resources. As well, I have partnered with the internal Accounting Manager and Owner and developed best practices for not only HR processes, but control measures and practices for all internal processes.

Project based: Canadian HR representative, partnered with their corporate office, located in Denver, US, to support operations opening the company's first international restaurant in Toronto, ON. I partnered with their HR team to ensure all policies and guidelines were effective under the Canadian Employment and Human Rights laws and legislations. As well, I worked with the onsite management with the hiring of 40 staff in one month to open the site while implementing daily HR requirements. Ie payroll system.

Project based: Public Company; 501-1000 employees; Information Technology and Services industry My services were project based: Acquisition, a Canadian company acquired a Denver based company. As the HR Project Manager my role was to lead the internal HR team located in Toronto and the HR team located in Denver through all steps of the acquisition. I acted as the main liaison for all external parties, ie. Brokers, insurance companies, throughout the completion of the project. A second project with Softchoice was I completed a compensation analysis for 250 distinctive positions throughout all of North America. Final presentation was a recommendation on the structure of new roles organization wide and the relevant compensation package to support each role. Both projects were completed on time and within budget.
