As a member of the 316th Cavalry Brigade, I drove all planning, coordination, and logistics strategy for a brigade with over 2500 soldiers and 50 Department of the Army (DA) civilians. I was accountable for over $20M in equipment, ensuring effective resource distribution to promote uninterrupted operations for 20 Programs of Instruction (POI)for soldiers.
