In this role I am accountable for managing all property on the installation, ordering supplies for the task force and arrangiing distribution logistics across various locations in Egypt, while additonally ensuring timely equipment servicing and turn in based on individual life cycles. I manage a team of 12 direct reports who are all involved in logistics, manage an annual budget, and ensure our compliance to established strategic logistics needs, developing and managing forecast based on demand to maintain seamless operations.Among my accomplishments in this role, I:- Identified surplus property during inventory control procedures, successfully retrograding 185 pieces of equipment valued over $100K, strategically managing redistribution across multiple organizations.- Upon entry to role, overhauled all logistical processes and provided stabilizing leadership enabling achievement of 99% on quarterly brigade Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) inspections, improved equipment readiness rating from 55% to 90%, and increased efficiency of daily supply operations.- Procured an additional 24 select items of property located on the installation and added assets to overall inventory, valued over one million.

As a member of the 316th Cavalry Brigade, I drove all planning, coordination, and logistics strategy for a brigade with over 2500 soldiers and 50 Department of the Army (DA) civilians. I was accountable for over $20M in equipment, ensuring effective resource distribution to promote uninterrupted operations for 20 Programs of Instruction (POI)for soldiers. I also facilitated instruction on SAP for over 300 soldiers while additionally offering clarity regarding basic policies such as reporting lost property, maintenance, and equipment life cycles. Among my accomplishments in this role, I:- Assigned accountability to re-design the facility used to display cultural and historical achievements of the Cavalry Brigade, sourcing out contractors and driving project from end-to-end.- Oversaw organization of 8 separate entities ensuring proper positioning for all personnel, managing equipment distribution between units, and the overall budget. - Streamlined communication channels between four BN S4s, driving a sustainable 95% readiness rating for the brigade as a whole, while additionally promoting a 99% rating during the CDSP inspection.

In this role, I was the Property Book Unit Supply Specialist for two units, and was directly accountable for ensuring the readiness of one U.S. Army HQ unit consisting of 20+ personnel. I drove all logistical support operations, equipment distribution, and regularly conducted reconciliations to mitigate property loss and financial liability.Among my accomplishments in this role, I:- Performed property account reconciliations without major discrepancies upon transfer of property books for two units under the same parent organization.- Spearheaded turn-in processes for over 500 pieces of equipment with a multi-million dollar valuation while additionally reducing excess in alignment with corporate objectives over a 3-year time frame. - Drove logistical support operations for a specialized communications organization with 200+ personnel and equipment valuation in the hundreds of millions.
