I have responsibilities in all of the various payment platforms (including Private label Credit programs, Major Credit Card Processing, PayPal, and Gift Card processing. As the Test Lead of Testing Services for Orchard Brands, I have several responsibilities. I manage a queue of Production Support tasks related to testing activities and serve as the gate keeper to our QA environments. I manage a small team of testers (on average 5 testers) acros multiple application sets ranging from Order Management (CWDirect) to product development (WebPDM) to wharehousing (PkMS) and purchasing (e-SPS).I am responsible for providing an approval before promoting application changes to production which in affect makes my role a gate keeper to produiction as well.I also work with the I.T. management in planning and estimates related to testing timelines and resource availability.I work with contractor representatives to get additional resources and am responsible for approving the time of any contractor reporting to Testing Services.

I was responsible for the design and implementation (development) of anything related to our Legacy Phone Order Entry system.
