Identifies issues and opportunities pertaining to backroom activities such as, overall layout, truck receipt, efficient processing, safety/maintenance concerns and timely flow of merchandise to the floor. Coordinates action plans to resolve any issues. Responsible for the oversight and improvement of additional operation areas, including cash office, markdown files and office administration.  Manages and/or provides on-going supervision regarding the completion of Human Resource records for new hires and terminations.
