Manages operations for SpaceX's most advanced machine shops supplying components for the Raptor Turbopump and Combustion Devices. - Helped increase rate of production by ~300% in first year as Manager, and >500% over full tenure. - Lead a group of ~80 driving a culture of continuous improvement of both production as well as part design. - Lead the production team through moving a full machine shop (~40 machines) while aggressively increasing rate of production.

Production Supervisor, leading SpaceX's most advanced machine shop specializing in the machining of Raptor engine components. - In this role I helped drive a culture of continuous improvement supervising up to ~40 machinist and post processing technicians.- Drove agressive improvements in rate, cost, and quality of Raptor Turbopump components.

*Originally named “Lean Facilitator II”- Lead major project designing and building the most advanced machine shop at the time at SpaceX for the production of Raptor engine parts.- Facilitated design for manufacturing (DFM) efforts for all Raptor sub-components for early production builds.

- Supported SpaceX's Six Sigma program in training and advising as a LSS Blackbelt (ASQ cert). Helped rewrite the Six Sigma Green Belt training for SpaceX. - Regularly deployed to the highest priority challenges in Merlin/Dragon/Falcon production.- Lead improvement projects in Merlin Turbopump, Octaweb Assembly, Falcon Tank Dome Spin Forming, and Dragon Propulsion Tank NDE.

Machining ME supporting the production of the M1D and MVacD Engine and Sub Assemblies.- Owned development of design changes for Merlin Thrust Chamber in machining that increased rate and allowed for Falcon 1st stage re-use. - Managed implementation and selection of machining assets- Owned part planning and defect disposition as well as new product/process introduction. - Supported machine shop operations, maintenance, and process improvement. Gas Turbine Engine Compressor Blade Manufacturing Facility.-Manage the production of NPI blades.-Introduce and develop state of the art machining and metrology technology, including new laser arm inspection and on-machine probing of in-process parts.-Continuously improve process using Lean-Six Sigma practices.-Assist in buying and in management of site P&E budget.-Designed new tools for data analysis to improve RCA and defect understanding.-Created new scheduling and requests management tool for site CNC programming team.GE LSS Green Belt
