Prior to pursuing an MBA at Ivey Business School, Corey worked as both a project and a production engineer in the Canadian oil and gas industry. With over five years of field experience in diverse roles throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan, Corey applied his proven project management acumen to successfully execute a wide variety of concurrent production and facilities projects. In his production engineering role, Corey worked with senior management in valuating oil & gas assets for acquisition, divestiture and production purposes.His key proficiencies include:- Asset valuation: Corey leverages his knowledge of discounted cash flow analysis and well decline modelling to determine asset value, and to determine NPV's and IRR's for potential oil and gas investments.- Project Engineering/ Project Management: Corey's extensive field experience throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan was gained through full-cycle project management.
