 Responsible for maintaining availability on 6,500 parts. Reviewed daily work queues, confirmed orders, managed requests for quotes and place purchase orders utilizing Oracle 10.7 software. Maintained combination supply and demand to provide accuracy forecast for buyers and planners. Monitor field stock levels & new system installation schedules. Set target stock levels, made adjustments to balance service level, and inventory investment. Utilized Xelus plan & Oracle 10.7 purchasing to plan for spares inventory for the AMAT Global Distribution Center.  Responsibilities include maintaining stock at minimum levels for all eight off site offices; purchasing all parts, with domestic and international companies, for all sites.  Tracking service contracts for expiration dates and warranties and renew them; work closely with the accounting department to maintain a 100% inventory accuracy and dollar values on all parts, domestic and international. Work closely with Israel headquarters to maintain all departments and off site offices; fulfill customer part requests including quotes and invoicing; maintain all trafficking of materials, which included importing and exporting of component parts for Israel, Asia, Europe, USA, etc. and domestic and international shipping (with Federal Express, UPS, DHL, Air Borne, freight forwarders, etc.).
