Left school as a 15 year old and a started work alongside my Father, who worked in hospitality for 45 years. I have worked in almost every state in Australia, gaining knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry, having an absolute ball along the way, meeting some of the most amazing people this country has to offer. From Judges, Politicians and Lawyers, to the everyday average Aussie battler who busts his arse at work everyday to put food on the table for his family. The stories and encounters during these years could fill a book or 2, maybe one day I'll write one. Hospitality gave me an excellent grounding in life and really shaped the person I have become.
